Rachel Culmer loves to organize, and always has. Even as a young child, she received the “Most Organized Desk” award from an elementary school teacher multiple times. She has a gift for planning and keeps projects moving.

Rachel is originally from Orange County, California. Over the past 20 years, she and her husband have lived in California, Iowa, Pennsylvania, and, for the last seven years, Tuscaloosa. She is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton.

Away from the office, Rachel loves spending time with her family and her dog and cat. She is an active participant in her church and enjoys traveling with a particular interest for national parks. Rachel and her husband are the proud parents of a delightful teenage daughter.
